Tuscan Salami is produced using only with Italian pork meat. It is spiced only with high quality natural aromatic herbs: salt, pepper and fresh garlic.
Moreover, an essential phase is the "seasoning" because after it, Tuscan Salami gains its peculiar scent and taste, as well as the typical aroma, given by Chianti wine, in which the salami mix is soaked in before it takes the final shape.
