Fine-tasting, with a delicate, ruby-red colour, this salame is known as hunters' salame because its handy portable size makes it a perfect tasty snack to take on a hunting trip. Seasoned with black pepper, spices, garlic and dry white wine, it is dried over charcoal and then hung to age. Slightly harder meat then the Cacciatorino DOP.
