Home-made pasta. Pasta the way it was. We have worked for years with this goal in mind, seeking an unparalleled taste and consistency that recall the best pasta from days gone by. Pasta that looks good, holds its shape when cooked and is excellent even if just served with a drizzle of oil. The “Le Rustiche” range is the result of extensive research. We have chosen to use only bronze wires in the production process; a method which produces a rough-textured pasta that captures and holds the sauce, bringing out the best in any kind of recipe.
The slow drying process, at a low temperature, gives the pasta more flavour, so it is more fragrant when cooked and retains its protein content. The choice of high-quality semolina and the constant, stringent checks on the hygiene and sanitation systems guarantee authentic, healthy and top-quality pasta at all times.
