De Cecco Gnocchi Di Patate is a special pasta made from potatoes and flour.
Gnocchi are easy and quick to cook: it takes just 2-3 minutes. Put the gnocchi in boiling, salted water and as soon as they float to the top, they are ready to be eaten. To be enjoyed with a special Italian tomato sauce (the Barilla one is perfect) and some parmesan cheese or with some truffle butter.
