De Cecco Zite n.18, durum wheat semolina pasta, is originated from Southern Italy. De Cecco Zite is delicious in baked casseroles and in dried pasta dishes with thick coloured sauces made with either meat or fish, enriched with spices, tasty cheeses such as pecorino, provolone or caciocavallo. Vegetable and tomato sauces with peppers, aubergines and courgettes make an excellent alternative.
