Paneangeli Potato Starch for use in baking. Perfect for preparing cakes, biscuits, puddings and custards. It can be used to partly or fully substitute normal flour and is an ideal choice for making soft and delicate desserts.
May also be used as a thickener for sauces, gravy and soups. Just dissolve in a little water, milk or stock and add at the end of cooking.
