The cheese mixed with nuts is a fresh product with creamy paste, light holes and medium ripeness, obtained with cow’s milk and sheep 100% Italian. It is a typical Marche tradition to flavor cheese in various ways: that of flavoring cheese with nuts is one of the most anchored to our territory.
Gastronomic combinations
The flavored caciottas are excellent table cheeses and are often tasted cut accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread or the typical “crescia” of the Marche. They are used to flavor fresh salads and as a condiment for baked pasta dishes. They are accompanied by white wines rich in taste, but delicate.
Pasteurized cow’s milk, pasteurized sheep’s milk, shelled walnuts (min. 3 %), salt, rennet, selected ferments, aroma. No preservatives, edible crust.
