Taralli with Friarielli is a type of savoury and crunchy snack common throughout the southern Italy, speciality of Puglia.
They are made following old recipe with a main ingredient varying depending on the flavour. Taralli is aromatised with white wine and extra virgin olive oil.
"0" soft wheat flour, palm oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine (contains sulphites), salt and friarielli 2.0%.
