Fresh Italian Fennel, good for salads and Italian 'Pinzimonio' (Crudite'): a mix of fresh carrots, fennels and celeries, seasoned with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt.

Pioppini Mushrooms grow in Autumn, clustered in little groups in and around the bottom of both broadleaf and conifer trees. The head, in its initial phase of growth resembles the top of a nail, from which it takes the name little nail. The colour depends on the tree where it is found.
