Flavored caciottas are excellent table cheeses and are often tasted by the slice accompanied by a good slice of homemade bread
They are used to flavor fresh salads and as a condiment for baked first courses
They are accompanied by white wines rich in taste, but delicate
pasteurized cow's milk, pasteurized sheep's milk, green olives (min 3.5%), salt, rennet, selected ferments. Without preservatives - edible rind.
